Favorite your most important leads

Star any lead to pin it to the top of your list, and filter to see only your favorites.

  • Click the star on any lead row — or in the lead's detail panel — to mark it as a favorite.
  • Favorited leads always sort to the top of the Leads table, ahead of everything else.
  • Use the Favorites button in the filter row to view only your starred leads.
  • Favorites are shared with your whole team and remembered between visits.

Coupon sign-ups land in Website Leads

Visitors who request the 50% off coupon on the website now appear in the admin Website Leads inbox, with their marketing consent recorded.

  • Coupon sign-ups are tagged with a Coupon badge and filtered via the source filter on Website Leads.
  • Each lead records whether they consented to marketing emails, with the consent date.
  • Export the list to CSV — including consent and coupon details — for your email marketing tool.

Reply to a lead directly from the Leads page

You can now write a message to a lead from their Messages tab and have your LinkedIn Agent send it from your account — no switching to LinkedIn.

  • Open any lead, go to the Messages tab and write your reply in the box below the conversation.
  • Use Draft with AI to generate a follow-up that reads the whole thread and matches where the conversation left off — for example checking whether a booking was made after a calendar link, or nudging an unanswered question.
  • Edit the draft, watch the character count, and press Send; the message appears in the thread straight away.
  • Messages are delivered by the agent already handling that conversation, so your outreach stays within normal LinkedIn activity.

Clearer guidance while your account is being set up

New accounts now see exactly what's happening instead of a generic loading error before their campaign goes live.

  • A notice explains when your setup isn't finished and points you back to the Get Started checklist.
  • Once the checklist is complete, the dashboard confirms your campaign is in review, usually within about 24 hours.
  • If you're waiting on agents, the dashboard says so and links to your Agents page.
  • The Agents page now shows when your agent selection has been submitted and is being reviewed, including the names you picked.
  • Each checklist step can be marked complete with a single button.
  • When our team approves your targeting, messaging or agents, you get an email confirming it.

Re-scrape an agent profile from the admin console

Admins can refresh an agent's LinkedIn profile details on demand.

  • Each row on the admin Agents page has a Re-scrape button that queues a fresh profile pull.
  • The last time a re-scrape was queued is shown next to the button, and a Queued state appears while one is already running.
  • A 12-hour cooldown prevents duplicate requests, and agents that can't be matched to a client show a clear explanation instead of an error.

Lead targeting that matches your search subscription

Lead Targeting now makes it easier to understand and use the search capabilities available with Basic Search, Sales Navigator, and Recruiter Search.

  • Move between dedicated Basic Search, Sales Navigator, and Recruiter Search tabs while keeping only the option included with your subscription available for editing.
  • Review unavailable search options before upgrading or downgrading, open subscription management directly, and compare the differences between all three options.
  • Use Recruiter Search Spotlights to target people who are Open to Work or Active Talent and bring those powerful signals into your campaign messaging.
  • See clearer guidance about targeting precision, expected LinkedIn activity levels, and the advantages included with each search option.

Website Leads follow-up, chat rescue, and a tidier admin console

Admins can now follow up with website leads by email from the portal, and the assistant steps back in whenever a live chat goes quiet.

  • Draft an AI-written follow-up email from the lead's reason, edit it, and send it from sales@prospectscout.com — replies thread back into the same side panel.
  • If a teammate leaves a claimed chat unanswered for 5 minutes, the assistant lets the visitor know, collects their contact details and reason, saves the lead, and closes the chat.
  • New website leads trigger the same sidebar badge and chime as new chats, with per-lead and mark-all-as-read controls.
  • Client users and invitations now live in a People tab inside each client, internal admins moved to a dedicated Team page, and the admin menu has been reordered.
  • The Overview now shows a Scheduled cancellations card, and teammates appear to website visitors as first name and last initial only.
