Until your campaign is live there's nothing to chart yet, so the dashboard explains what it's waiting on instead of showing empty numbers.
- Setup isn't finished — complete the Get Started checklist at the top of the page.
- Campaign in review — our team is checking your targeting, messaging and agents. This usually takes about 24 hours.
- Waiting on agents — your account is active but no agents are working for you yet. Open the Agents page to review.
Note: Your numbers start appearing within a day or two of launch, once connection requests begin to be accepted.
