New Connections, Messages Sent and Replies Received explained.
The Dashboard is the health check for your outreach. Four numbers tell you most of what you need to know.
- New Connections — invitations accepted in the period. Low numbers usually point to targeting or connection-request wording.
- Messages Sent — follow-ups delivered to connected prospects. This scales with your number of agents.
- Replies Received — people who wrote back. This is the number that matters most.
- Assigned agents — how many agents are working your account. Click it to open the Agents page.
The comparison arrows
Each metric shows how it compares with the previous period of the same length, so a weekly view compares against the seven days before it.
Tip: Reply rate is more useful than reply count. If Messages Sent doubles but Replies Received stays flat, look at your messaging rather than your volume.
