Viewing a lead's full conversation

Open the detail panel to read every message exchanged.

  1. Click any row in the Leads table to open the detail panel.
  2. Switch to the Messages tab to read the full thread, oldest to newest.
  3. Use the profile link to open the prospect on LinkedIn and reply there.

The detail panel also shows the lead's headline, company, assigned agent and current status.
