Payment method and invoices

The Billing page shows your current plan, renewal date and payment status, and links to your invoices and card details.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops the subscription at the end of your current billing period. Your agents keep working and your data stays available until then, and no partial refund is issued.

Note: If a payment fails, we'll email you and retry. Update your card on the Billing page to avoid an interruption to outreach.
