Star important leads to pin them to the top of your list.
Favorites are a simple way to keep the leads that matter most within reach. Star a lead and it always sits at the top of your Leads table.
- Click the star on any lead row, or the star next to the lead's name in the detail panel.
- Favorited leads sort to the top of the table, ahead of everything else.
- Press the Favorites button in the filter row to view only your starred leads.
- Click the star again to remove the favorite.
Note: Favorites are shared across your whole team — anyone on your account sees the same starred leads — and they're remembered between visits.
