Replying to a lead from the portal

Write a message and have your agent send it from your LinkedIn account.

You can answer a lead without leaving the portal. The message is delivered by the same agent handling that conversation, from your LinkedIn account.

  1. Open the lead from the Leads table and switch to the Messages tab.
  2. Write your message in the reply box below the conversation, or press Draft with AI.
  3. Edit the wording until it sounds like you.
  4. Press Send. The message appears in the thread straight away.

Draft with AI

Draft with AI reads the whole conversation and the lead's profile, then writes a follow-up that fits where things left off — checking whether a meeting was booked after you shared a calendar link, or gently revisiting a question that went unanswered.

Note: Replies can only be sent once there is an existing conversation with the lead. Messages are capped at 8,000 characters, and there's a short pause between sends to keep activity natural.
Tip: Always read an AI draft before sending. It never invents facts, but you know your offer better than it does.
