What each token fills in, and how to use them safely.
Tokens are placeholders that get replaced with real details when the message is sent. Click any token in the Messaging editor to copy it.
Available tokens
- {contact.firstName} — the prospect's first name.
- {contact.lastName} — the prospect's last name.
- {contact.company} — the prospect's current company.
- {contact.title} — the prospect's current job title.
- {alias.firstName} — the first name of the agent sending the message.
- {alias.calendlyUrl} — your calendar link, so prospects can book time directly.
Using them well
- Type tokens exactly as shown, including the braces and capitalization.
- Never start a sentence with a token that might be empty.
- Read the message out loud with a real name substituted to check it sounds natural.
Note: A misspelled token is sent as literal text. Our review catches most of these, but it's worth double-checking before you submit.
